3.5 Gallons (448 oz) of Water

PEACH DAIQUIRI
Same directions above but add 1 - 1.75 liters of white rum.

PEACH BELLINI (7:1) w/Alcohol
1/2 Gallon (64 oz) of PEACH Mix (7:1 Ratio)
2.5 Gallons (320 oz) of Water
6 Bottles Champagne (750ml usual size)(1.2 Gal)
1 liter white Rum (.264 Gal)
.5 (1/2) liter peach Schnapps

Peach w/out Alcohol makes 4 Gallons (512 oz)

Peach Bellini w/Alcohol makes 4.2 Gallons (538oz)

LIQUID VOLUME = 4.2 Gallons (538 oz)W/Alcohol

DIRECTIONS FOR SET UP:
In a 5 gallon mixing container add:
1) 3.5 gallons of water for 7:1 Peach mix w/out Alcohol
2) 2.5 gallons of water for Peach Bellini w/ Alcohol
3) 64oz of mix and Alcohol (if needed)

The Bunn Machine holds 3 gal per side (freeze 1hr)
