The FRAME tents that are listed above are designed to be set up on any type of surface, whether it be grass, cement, asphalt, or any combination. They do not need to be installed on an all grass area.
AREA NEEDED
This section is to inform you on the amount of space our tents require; These tents are designed to be installed on a level area of lawn. It is important that you first measure the area you wish to be covered, the area needs to be clear of trees, sidewalks, flower beds, fences, patios, and other such obstructions. This area must be an all grass area. Special installation is available for set up on asphalt at an additional cost. Please specify you request for asphalt set up when ordering or requesting a quote.
SEATING CAPACITY
The seating capacity listed above was calculated using long banquet tables. You may wish to use round tables, which are available for rent, but please note that the seating capacity will be decreased due to the area required for round tables.
RENTAL COST
Prices listed above include delivery and set up to locations in our delivery area. Additional cost will be required for services that are being delivered to area parks, or that are required to be set up and taken down in the same day. Please call for special quotes if you need these services.
